Little redhead

Ian Blyth

I am a multidisciplinary artist, living & working on the Isle of Wight. After graduating from Falmouth College of Arts with a degree in Photographic Communication, I spent more than fifteen years working as a professional photographer. With a broad range of clients shooting portraits, advertising and still life. My work has been published in newspapers and magazines globally, including Vogue, New York Times and GQ as well as billboards across the UK. I began to shoot more personal work, eventually receiving funding from Arts Council England to shoot a series of portraits for Nottinghamshire CC. The project explored the notion of community and how individuals within a community perceive themselves.

My work today explores issues such as climate change, equality and fatherhood. I also work as a freelance college lecturer specializing in fine art photography. To be continied . ...........
